Card issuance, asset conversion, foreign-currency processing, selected-merchant fees and ATM charges are different layers. Some merchant categories may carry a published 1.5% fee with a 0.50 USD minimum after applicable waivers.

Do not add every published percentage to every purchase. Applicability depends on transaction type and current official terms.

  • Check the fee screen before confirmation.

  • An ATM operator may add its own charge.
  • Refund timing and exchange differences are separate.
