RedotPay fees in Bangladesh
RedotPay publishes global card fees, but a price does not make a stablecoin-funded transaction permitted in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Bank rules come first
RedotPay fees in Bangladesh
The published issuance fees are 10 USD for a virtual card and 100 USD for a physical card. The 5 USD welcome reward cannot pay issuance. Other transaction, conversion, ATM or selected-merchant charges can apply; check the final official screen and Bangladesh Bank rules separately.
Regulatory status before price
Bangladesh Bank FE Circular No. 24 says transactions in, from or to Bangladesh for obtaining virtual assets are not permitted. A discounted card or accepted promo field does not change that rule.
Do not acquire stablecoins or send funds solely to obtain a card without qualified local advice.
Published card issuance fees
RedotPay publishes a one-time fee of 10 USD for a virtual card and 100 USD for a physical card. The welcome reward is for eligible spending and cannot be used for issuance.
| Item | Published amount | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual card | 10 USD | Product price, not Bangladesh permission |
| Physical card | 100 USD | Delivery and local rules still apply |
| Welcome reward | 5 USD | Cannot pay issuance |
Transaction, conversion and ATM costs
Card issuance, asset conversion, foreign-currency processing, selected-merchant fees and ATM charges are different layers. Some merchant categories may carry a published 1.5% fee with a 0.50 USD minimum after applicable waivers.
Do not add every published percentage to every purchase. Applicability depends on transaction type and current official terms.
- Check the fee screen before confirmation.
- Record card currency and merchant currency.
- An ATM operator may add its own charge.
- Refund timing and exchange differences are separate.
