This site is independent and cannot access your RedotPay account. Account, KYC, card, payment and refund cases must go to official RedotPay support.
Product and account support
Use the official RedotPay Help Center or the support route inside the official app. This site cannot unlock accounts, approve KYC, locate deliveries, reverse transactions or issue refunds.
Report an editorial error
A public editorial inbox is not currently published. Until one is added, verify the claim with the primary sources linked on each page. A correction report should identify the page URL, exact statement, reason it is wrong and a primary source with its publication date.
We do not accept or need identity documents, account screenshots containing personal data, card details, passwords, wallet phrases or one-time codes.
Security warning
Support agents do not need your password, full card number, CVV, recovery phrase or one-time code in a public message. Confirm the domain and app before uploading identity material.
